Terms & Conditions — Nova Remote IT LLC

1. Program Description

Nova Remote IT LLC sends one-to-one text messages to customers, vendors, and business contacts regarding scheduling, service updates, account matters, and general business correspondence. This is a conversational messaging program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile number to Nova Remote IT LLC — verbally, in writing, on a form or agreement, or by initiating a text conversation with us — you consent to receive text messages from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the nature of your interaction with us.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Nova Remote IT LLC does not charge for text messages; charges come from your mobile carrier under your service plan.

5. Opt-Out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe.

6. Help

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Supported Carriers

Messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

9. Privacy

 Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://novaremote.com/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes 

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
